1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Text BSV, an SMS-based wallet service operated by Money Game Ventures, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our service, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must stop using the service immediately.

2. Text BSV is Not a Bank or Fiduciary

Text BSV is an SMS-based Bitcoin SV (BSV) wallet. While private keys are encrypted and stored within our system, we are not a licensed bank, financial institution, broker, money transmitter, or investment advisor.

By using this service, you acknowledge that Money Game Ventures, LLC has the technical capability to control the funds stored within the wallet. However, we do not act as a fiduciary, nor do we provide financial services or guarantees.

Users are trusting us to facilitate transactions but should be aware that this service does not offer the same protections as traditional financial institutions.

3. Private Key Encryption & Security

For security, private keys are encrypted in our database. We implement industry-standard encryption methods, but no system is 100% secure. In the event of a security breach, service failure, or other unforeseen circumstances, funds may be at risk.

You are responsible for protecting your access credentials (phone number, SMS access, encryption passwords, etc.). If you lose access to your phone number, you may permanently lose access to your funds.

4. User Assumes All Risk

By using Text BSV, you assume full responsibility for your funds and acknowledge that you are using the service at your own risk.

Text BSV is designed for **small, everyday transactions**. We strongly advise against storing or transacting large amounts of Bitcoin SV (BSV) or other tokenized assets using this service.

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or claim resulting from:

• Loss of access to your funds due to a lost phone number, forgotten credentials, or service disruptions.
• Security breaches, unauthorized access, or data theft.
• Service downtime, interruptions, or permanent shutdown.
• Issues caused by SMS interception, SIM-swapping, or phishing attacks.
• Failure of third-party networks, blockchain congestion, or protocol changes.

5. No Liability for Service Disruptions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Text BSV at any time. If we decide to shut down the service, we will make a reasonable effort to notify users in advance and provide adequate time to withdraw their funds to a new wallet. However, we do not guarantee indefinite service availability, and it remains the user's responsibility to ensure access to their funds before shutdown.

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by service modifications, interruptions, or discontinuation.

6. Privacy & Data Security

We respect your privacy and use encryption to protect private key data. However, we do not guarantee that data will never be compromised due to external threats, unforeseen vulnerabilities, or attacks.

We do not share user information with third parties except when required by law.

7. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Your continued use of Text BSV after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
