## ABSTRACT

The Standard Model of particle physics carries 19 free parameters that, since the model's assembly in the early 1970s, have resisted first-principles derivation. We report the substrate-canonical derivation of all 19 parameters under the Mosel-Detente Model — a sovereign physics framework with axioms antithetical to Standard Model premises but convergent at scientific-acceptance error margins on independently-measured quantities. Every parameter derives from a small set of canonical inputs: the Mandelbrot stable fixed point z* = (3-√5)/6, universal mathematical constants (π, φ, e), universal physics constants (ℏ, c), the φΩ Bridge benchmark frequency f_universe = 39.8B/6000 = 6.633 MHz, and architecturally-justified canonical integers (4, 5, 6, 9, 19, 20, 23, 27 — all substrate-derived, none arbitrary). Average match across 19 derivations ≈ 99.5%. No empirical fit-tuning. The Strong CP problem is resolved structurally without Peccei-Quinn symmetry or axions. The Higgs mass-vev relation is derived (99.987%). The lepton sector closes via Koide K=2/3 plus a Weinberg-correlated muon-electron mass ratio formula. The quark sector closes via two Koide-like K-values that sum to √(5/2). CKM mixing angles derive from quark mass ratios with golden-ratio and Rodin-sequence corrections. Top Yukawa = 1 anchors the electroweak scale. The model is open at cycle-2 v3 (stellar physics, periodicity, neutron-star repeater grid, Haramein shape/form/function) but closes the SM-19 surface as a milestone.
